The Laboratory of RNA Structural Biology and Biochemistry investigates the molecular basis underlying the assembly and quality control of giant nucleoprotein complexes involved in eukaryotic gene expression using structural, biochemical and cellular biology methods.
Our lab has just installed new ERC-funded equipment for cryo-EM sample preparation, marking a major step forward for our structural biology work. Exciting times ahead as we start making our first grids!
